Private Sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates. Working one-on-one with Jessica at her home studio you will work on the mat and on the Pilates Reformer, a machine designed by Joseph Pilates that uses tension springs. Jessica will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. She is also willing to work with your current PT program if you are rehabilitating an injury or working with a chronic imbalance. Privates are 55 minutes long.

Pilates doesn't always get your heart rate up but CardioJump does! CardioJump is an interval training approach that combines mat work, reformer jumpboard and regular reformer exercises. You will sweat!
